Integration
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration
Integrate with Highrise by 37signals.com and SalesForce.com.

TeamSupport offers native integration with 37 Signal's Highrise CRM system so that company and contact information can by synced from Highrise to TeamSupport, and ticket information can be sent back to Highrise. Detailed information on Highrise can be found here.
See Highrise integration in action here.

TeamSupport is SalesForce.com App Exchange Certified which means that you can share data between TeamSupport and SalesForce Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited editions.
SalesForce.com account information and contact details will be synced with TeamSupport automatically. When a new ticket is created in TeamSupport about that company, a note will be created for the Account which gives the title of the ticket and a hyperlink to open the ticket in TeamSupport. Information regarding integration with SalesForce.com can be found here.

Source Control Integration
TeamSupport.com offers integration with BeanStalk and Tortoise SVN source repository.

When a new version is committed to BeanStalk, the TeamSupport tickets addressed in the new version will have an associated new entry which shows the version of software the ticket was addressed in and a link to view the actual changes to code which happened in that version. More information on BeanStalk integration can be found here.
Click here for BeanStalk's step-by-step documentation on configuring BeanStalk to synch up with TeamSupport.
When you do a commit in Tortoise SVN, you will now have the ability to associate ticket numbers in the commit window. When you open the commit log, the ticket numbers will be hot links and you can click on them to open the ticket in TeamSupport. More information on integration with Tortoise can be found here.
Application Programming Interface (API)
The TeamSupport RESTful API allows you to hook into TeamSupport and connect third-party applications. Use all four verbs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) to manipulate data. Additionally, custom fields created in your TeamSupport account are also available with our API. Access to our API document can be found here.
